Our way of imparting education and learning have changed dramatically in the last 8 -9 months.
It has become imperative for schools, teachers and above all students to adapt to such changes and adopt a proactive stance towards digital technology at the time when their Board exams are approaching. Keeping this in view, an enriching workshop on ‘Study and Exam Skills in The Digital Era’ under the aegis of Fortis School Mental Health Program was held for classes X and XII on 9 December, 2020.
It was conducted by Ms Kriti S Munjal, a licensed Clinical Psychologist with the Department of Mental Health and Behavioral Sciences at Fortis Health Care in the morning session and Ms Pratibha Malhotra, Counselling Psychologist with the department of Mental Health and Behavioral Sciences at Fortis Healthcare in the afternoon session.
The overarching aim of this workshop was to sensitise and orient the students on preparedness for the Exams.
The main focus of the session was to suggest to the students on how to organize their time, resources and likewise prepare for the exams in a more effective way.
Students were made to analyze different time schedule; a short discussion was held on various activities to manage time for study plan. A suggestive time schedule was also shared with the students. The workshop wrapped up with a question -answer session.
