“Break the Bias” workshop
The “Break the Bias” workshop, held on 25 March 2026 at Amrita Vidyalayam in collaboration with STMicroelectronics for grades VIII and IX , was an engaging and inspiring three-hour session under the *STEM Your Way* initiative.
The workshop, led by Manoj Kumar, the Director -Innovation at STelectronics and other STEM ambassadors, sparked curiosity among learners with insights into exciting STEM innovations and future careers. Students enthusiastically participated in activities like the Poster and Slogan Contest and a GK Quiz, showcasing creativity and awareness on the theme “Talent has no gender.”
Through interactive discussions and real-life examples, the session encouraged students to challenge stereotypes and believe in their potential.
The workshop culminated on an empowering note, leaving students with a renewed sense of confidence and a deeper understanding that talent and capability are not defined by gender. It successfully inspired young minds to think inclusively, dream fearlessly, and actively contribute to a more equitable and innovative future in STEM.
